Saudi Arabia says seven drones intercepted over Riyadh, Eastern Province

Saudi Arabia’s Defence Ministry on Sunday said its forces intercepted and destroyed seven drones over Riyadh and the kingdom’s Eastern Province.

The ministry said the drones were shot down as part of efforts to protect the country’s airspace and vital facilities, without providing further details about the origin of the attack.
