Trump, Xi agree on need for Hormuz to stay open, White House says

The White House said that US President Donald Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping have agreed on the need for the Strait of Hormuz to remain open for the free flow of energy.

The two leaders discussed the topic during a meeting today in Beijing, as Trump continues his three-day state visit to China.
