The Palestine Committee in the Jordanian parliament has condemned Israeli measures to seize Palestinian properties and Islamic endowments in the Bab al-Silsila area adjacent to Al-Aqsa Mosque. In a statement, committee chairman MP Suleiman Abdul Aziz Al-Saud said the committee completely rejected all Israeli measures, describing them as a clear violation of international law and the historical and legal status quo in occupied Jerusalem.
