Lebanon death toll reaches 3,111 as Israel strikes towns in southern Lebanon

The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that Israeli strikes have killed over 3,111 and injured 9,342 since 2 March. 

This comes as Israeli forces launched an air strike on Kfar Tebnit and two strikes on Tyre in southern Lebanon on Friday, according to the Lebanese National News Agency. 

Israeli air strikes have been ongoing despite an ongoing ceasefire agreement.
