Agreement being “fine-tuned” to end US-Iran war, says Pakistani official

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) is being “fine-tuned” to bring about the end of the conflict between the US and Iran, according to a Pakistani security official who was briefed on the army chief’s meeting with Iranian leaders in Tehran.

The visit made “significant progress” on the Islamabad Talks points towards ending the war, he added, without elaborating on areas of negotiation.
