Israeli forces hit same building twice in al-Duwayr, local media says
Israeli forces carried out a double strike on a building in the southern Lebanese town of al-Duwayr, causing an unconfirmed number of civilian casualties, according to Lebanonβs state-run National News Agency.
The agency said the first attack occurred at about 10:20 pm local time, with a second strike hitting the same location roughly 30 minutes later.
The report added that al-Duwayr was targeted three times by Israeli warplanes and four times by drones over the course of the day.
The attacks killed one person and wounded eight others, while rescue teams continued efforts to reach a person believed to be trapped beneath the rubble.
