Israel commits over 3,000 violations of truce deal in Gaza, Media Office says

Israel has committed 3,005 violations of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, which came into effect in October.

"These violations have ranged from bombings and direct targeting of civilians to the destruction of entire residential areas, repeated gunfire and incursions into residential zones," the Gaza Government Media Office said in a statement.

As a result, over 910 civilians have been killed, with 2,747 others left wounded. Moreover, 82 people were abducted and arrested by Israeli forces during this period.

Aid continues to be stifled by Israeli restrictions, with more than 64 percent of relief denied entry into the territory.

This includes food, water, medicine, fuel and other humanitarian necessities.
