Iran announces reopening of Tabriz airport after bombing
Tabriz Shahid Madani International Airport in northwestern Iran is set to reopen for the first time since it was targeted in the US-Israeli strikes on Iran, according to the International Civil Aviation Organization.
βTabriz airport, which was attacked during the recent war, has now been restored to activity by Iranian specialists and will reopen on Wednesday,β a spokesperson said in an announcement carried in Iranian media.
The number of reopened airports has reached 20, according to earlier media reports.
