US reportedly fired into barren land near Iran's Bandar Abbas

Iran's Tasnim news agency said that the US army earlier hit an area near Bandar Abbas, with no injuries or material damages reported.

This came after Iranian forces forced a US tanker to turn back as it attempted to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.
