Israel heavily bombs southern city of Sour in Lebanon

Israeli strikes on the southern Lebanese city of Sour, also known as Tyre, over the past few hours have been some of the most intense bombardment of the area since March, according to Lebanse media.

L'Orient Today reported that buildings in the city centre were wholly destroyed, wounding multiple people.

The publication reported that Israelis forces bombed the same area in the centre of Sour on Sunday shortly after an initial strike.
