Rubio: US-Iran talks may include 'aspects of nuclear programme'

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio told US lawmakers that Washington's talks with Tehran may include “aspects of their nuclear programme that just a month ago, just a year ago, they were refusing to even mention”.

But he added that this development "is not a guarantee it will ultimately lead to a deal that’s acceptable".
