Israeli jets strike multiple towns in southern Lebanon

Israeli warplanes on Tuesday carried out a series of air strikes across several towns in southern Lebanon, including a raid on the town of Taybe that coincided with heavy artillery shelling.

Lebanon’s National News Agency said Israeli aircraft also targeted the towns of Majadel and Zibqin before expanding the attacks to the Yater and Kafra areas.

An Israeli warplane also struck a residential home in the town of Qana, with no immediate reports of casualties.
