Islamic Jihad accuses Israel of continued violations of Gaza ceasefire

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad accused Israel on Wednesday of continuing to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip through ongoing military attacks and the targeting of civilians. In a statement, the movement said Israeli bombardment carried out during the day killed and wounded a number of Palestinians in different parts of Gaza. The group said the attacks form part of Israel’s continuing crimes against Palestinians and occur alongside the ongoing humanitarian blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip.
