IRGC says Israel used air-launched ballistic missiles in attacks

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said Israel used air-launched ballistic missiles in its latest attacks on targets inside Iran.

In a statement carried by IRNA, the IRGC said Israeli forces struck locations “on our soil using air-launched ballistic missiles”.

Reports also claimed the missiles were launched either by fighter aircraft operating over Iraqi airspace or from naval assets in the Mediterranean.

Iranian officials have previously warned that any new Israeli attack would prompt a retaliatory response.
