Amid scenes of joy overshadowed by the impact of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, a charity organisation, funded by the Moroccan people, organised a mass wedding for 40 young disabled and injured Palestinians, including amputees, in the Mawasi area of Rafah in southern Gaza. The event comes as Gaza residents continue to face severe humanitarian and economic hardships caused by the war that has been ongoing since 8 October 2023.
