Palestinian man killed by Israeli forces near Jenin

A 29-year-old Palestinian man has been killed by Israeli forces in the town of al-Yamoun, west of Jenin, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

The ministry identified the victim as Muhammad Nazem Ezzat Zayed and said Israeli forces took his body after shooting him.

According to the ministry, Zayed's killing brings the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank since the start of the year to 71.
