Cargo ship hit by unidentified projectile in Strait of Hormuz
The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) says a cargo ship has been hit by an unidentified projectile in the Strait of Hormuz, damaging the vessel but causing no injuries.
The UKMTO said the projectile struck the ship's starboard side off the coast of Oman and damaged the bridge.
The ship's captain reported no casualties and no environmental impact from the incident.
