UAE condemns Iranian strike on Bahrain

The United Arab Emirates’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on Saturday condemning "in the strongest terms" Iran’s alleged drone attacks against Bahrain following US strikes on Iran. 

The ministry said that the attacks constitute a “flagrant violation” of Bahrain’s sovereignty and “a threat to its security and stability”. 

It reflects similar statements condemning the attacks from Kuwait, Qatar and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
