Israel shells Syrian village near occupied Golan Heights

Israeli forces have shelled a village in southern Syria, close to the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights, Syria’s official news agency SANA reports.

SANA said Israeli artillery targeted Abidin, in the western countryside of Deraa province.

The agency also reported Israeli military aircraft flying over areas of Quneitra and Deraa, as Israel continues to expand its military activity across southern Syria.
