Lebanese MP Hassan Fadlallah, a member of Hezbollah’s Loyalty to the Resistance parliamentary bloc, said the group will continue to hold on to its weapons, describing them as essential for protecting and defending Lebanon. He also said what he called the “agreement of humiliation and disgrace” signed by the Lebanese authorities with Israel “will not be implemented”, accusing the government of surrendering national sovereignty and bowing to foreign pressure.
