Qatar condemns Israeli strike on Iran’s South Pars gas field

Qatar has strongly condemned the Israeli targeting of facilities linked to Iran’s South Pars gas field, describing the strike as a “dangerous and irresponsible” escalation. In a statement on Wednesday, Majid Mohammed Al-Ansari, adviser to the Prime Minister and spokesperson for Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, warned that attacks on energy infrastructure pose serious risks to both the region and global markets.
