Rights groups raise concerns over theft during Israeli military raids in the West Bank

Palestinian and Israeli human rights organizations say they have documented a growing number of incidents in which Israeli soldiers have stolen money, jewellery and other personal belongings during military raids on Palestinian homes in the occupied West Bank. According to testimonies collected by rights groups, incidents reported during Israeli military searches increasingly involve not only arrests and property damage but also the disappearance of cash, gold jewellery and other valuables.
