A new survey by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research indicates a significant decline in public support for Israel in the United States, alongside growing divisions over the war in Gaza. According to the poll, about one-third of American adults believe Israel committed genocide against Palestinians during the conflict in Gaza. Around 20 percent said they do not believe genocide occurred, while nearly half of respondents said they did not have enough information to reach a conclusion. Among Jewish American respondents, approximately 30 percent said they believe Israel committed genocide, while 49 percent said they do not.
