Lebanon death toll rises to 4,321, health ministry says

The Lebanese Health Ministry announced it has recorded 4,321 deaths and 12,207 injuries due to the Israeli military attacks on Lebanon since 2 March 2026.

On Friday, an Israeli combat drone struck a vehicle in the town of Kfar Roumman, killing a Lebanese man and injuring another, according to the National News Agency (NNA).

Another Israeli strike targeted a vehicle in Nabatieh town, injuring two civilians.
