Israeli air strike on police station in northern Gaza kills eight

Eight people have been killed in an Israeli air strike on a police station in northern Gaza on Tuesday, including a female officer, Gaza City’s Al-Shifa hospital and civil defence agency confirmed to AFP.

“Eight martyrs were transferred to Al-Shifa hospital following an Israeli air strike on a police station” in the western part of Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, the agency said.

The Israeli army claimed that it had killed four Hamas fighters, without elaborating on the remaining four who were also killed.
