Child wounded during 'interception operations': Qatar’s Ministry of Interior

One child has been injured as a result of falling shrapnel from "interception operations", according to Qatar’s Ministry of Interior.

The ministry indicated that the child is "currently receiving the necessary medical care".

The statement comes after the country's defence ministry said that it was intercepting a number of aerial attacks, after several reports of blasts heard in the capital of Doha.
