US denies military casualties in Iranian attack on command centre in Syria

The US Central Command rejected the Iranian claim that the IRGC "attacked al-Tanf Garrison in Syria and captured or killed American troops in the process," according to a post on X. 

"FALSE. No U.S. troops in the region have recently been killed or captured," the post added.
