UKMTO says vessel seized in Gulf of Aden now in Somali waters

A vessel seized yesterday while passing through the Gulf of Aden off Yemen’s coast has now “been manoeuvred into Somalian territorial water,” the UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) said.

The organisation said that it is now classifying the incident as a hijacking.
