IRGC says two tankers caught on fire after blasts while passing through Hormuz Strait

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said two tankers caught "massive fire" after explosions while attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

"Rescue units are currently removing the crews of these vessels from the area," the IRGC added in the statement, adding that the waterway "will remain closed" for as long as "America's evils continues in the region".
