Israeli occupation warplanes bombed a mosque and its surrounding area in the Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip on Thursday evening. Safa news agency’s correspondent said Israeli aircraft destroyed Al-Nour Mosque and the surrounding area in Block 9, south-east of Bureij refugee camp. The mosque was reportedly demolished after the Israeli army ordered the evacuation of the surrounding area. In northern Gaza, the correspondent said Israeli warplanes struck a house near the Jabalia refugee camp police station. The correspondent added that Israeli warplanes were flying at low altitude over several areas across the Gaza Strip.
