Turkish intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin on Monday met Khalil al-Hayya, the newly appointed head of Hamas’s political bureau, and his accompanying delegation in Istanbul. According to information obtained by Anadolu Agency, the talks focused on the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement, with Hamas reaffirming its positive approach to the proposed roadmap. The meeting also expressed concern that Israel was escalating its attacks on the Gaza Strip instead of responding to the roadmap.
