The Islamic Resistance in Iraq said on Wednesday that it carried out 23 military operations in one day targeting American bases inside Iraq and in other countries in the region. The group added in a statement that it used drones and rockets in its operations. The statement did not provide details on the targeted bases and the results of the attacks. War has been escalating in the region after the US and Israel, on 28th February, launched attacks on Iran, prompting Iran to retaliate with missiles and drones targeting Israel as well as American military bases in Arab Gulf states.
