Targeted assassinations of Iranian leaders will continue, Israeli military spokesman says

Israeli military spokesman General Effie Defrin said that the Israeli military will continue to target Iranian leaders, following the killing of Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy chief Alireza Tangsiri in Bandar Abbas overnight, the Times of Israel is reporting. 

“The eliminations will not stop; we will continue to pursue anyone who threatens Israel,” Defrin said.

Defrin also said that the military has hit more than 1,000 targets of Iran’s weapon production industries so far amid the war.

“We are talking about the factories that produce the missiles, the drones and defence systems," the general said in a press conference.
