Israel targets Beirut's southern suburbs

Lebanese media said that an Israeli air strike hit Beirut's southern suburbs early on Friday, with AFP correspondents reported hearing several explosions in the Lebanese city. 

According to Reuters citing security sources, three missiles targeted a building in the area.
