Rocket fire by Hezbollah has intensified sharply, with Israeli media reporting hundreds of launches per day, including a peak of around 500 rockets in a single day. According to the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, Hezbollah has been carrying out sustained rocket attacks targeting both Israeli army forces operating in southern Lebanon and areas inside Israel. The report said that in recent days, Hezbollah fighters have launched approximately 150 to 200 rockets daily, with around 70% directed at advancing Israeli forces and about 30% crossing into Israeli territory.
