Vessel near UAE sustains damage from unknown object, UKMTO reports

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) reported an incident 25 nautical miles north west of UAE's Ras al-Khaimah. 

The master of a vessel reported that it sustained damage from an unknown object, suspected to be a projectile, according to UKMTO. 

It added that the extent of damage is currently unknown, with the incident placed under investigation. All crew members are reportedly safe.
