Iran’s Ghalibaf accuses US of ‘secret ground war plans’

Iran’s parliament speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, said Washington is publicly calling for negotiations while secretly preparing a ground offensive, according to state media.

He warned that Iranian armed forces are awaiting any US land incursion and would punish both American troops and their regional allies.

The remarks come amid growing reports that Washington is considering potential ground operations as the conflict escalates.
