Report: Strike on Iran port kills five, damages vessels

Iran’s Fars news agency reported that five people were killed and four others wounded in a strike on a pier in Bandar Khamir in the southern province of Hormozgan.

The report said two vessels and a vehicle were damaged in the attack by US-Israeli forces.

The Israeli military earlier said that another wave of strikes across Iran had been completed, targeting weapons storage and production sites as well as air defence systems. The statement came hours after reports of large explosions in Tehran, as the conflict between the sides continued to escalate.
