Al Araby TV condemns Israeli attack on Tehran office

Al Araby TV on Sunday criticised Israeli strikes on the building hosting its Tehran office.

The channel said in a statement to AFP that it "condemns this attack on a civilian commercial building and affirms that endangering journalists or considering them targets runs counter to international law". 

The attack wounded at least 10 people, according to the Iranian Red Crescent Society.

“An Israeli missile targeted the Al Araby TV building in the capital, Tehran… causing extensive damage and forcing a halt to live broadcasting,” the channel said on X.

Footage of the building showed shattered glass, debris, and damaged equipment, while images of the exterior showed rubble-strewn streets and damaged nearby buildings.
