Iran’s Red Crescent says US-Israeli strikes hit industrial, residential areas
Iran’s Red Crescent said several areas across the country were targeted in recent U.S.-Israeli air strikes, including industrial facilities, a port and a residential complex.
In a post on X, the group listed sites including the Mobarakeh steel plant in Isfahan, Shahid Hagani Port in Bandar Abbas and facilities in Bushehr and other provinces.
The Red Crescent said the sites were civilian in nature and described them as prohibited targets under international humanitarian law, but did not provide details on casualties.
Earlier reports also indicated a separate steel facility near Isfahan was struck.
