Iran says US ‘does not believe in diplomacy’ after attacks during talks

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said the country was attacked twice during negotiations, arguing this shows the US does not believe in diplomacy, Al Jazeera Arabic reported.

In remarks from the presidency, Pezeshkian also said tensions in the Strait of Hormuz stem from what he described as American-Zionist actions against Iran.

He also criticised what he called biased European positions during a call with the president of the European Council.
