Poland strongly criticized on Wednesday an Israeli death penalty law concerning Palestinian prisoners, warning that it raises serious concerns about the use of capital punishment and adherence to international legal standards, Anadolu reports. Polish officials said they “oppose the death penalty in all cases and circumstances,” describing it as incompatible with the principles of a state governed by the rule of law.
