Iran launched a missile attack on Israel in its first military move just moments after a speech by US President Donald Trump on Wednesday evening, in which he threatened to destroy Iran. Israelβs Home Front Command said sirens were activated widely across northern Israel, including the Upper and Lower Galilee, Haifa Bay, and large parts of the Golan, Mount Carmel and the Jezreel Valley (Marj ibn Amir), after missiles were detected heading towards these areas. Alerts were reported in major cities including Haifa, Acre, Nazareth, Tiberias and Safed, as well as dozens of towns and residential areas.
