Hospital evacuated in Lebanon's Bint Jbeil as Israeli forces advance
Medical staff were evacuated from Salah Ghandour Hospital in southern Lebanon’s Bint Jbeil province as a precaution amid fears of an Israeli ground advance, the state news agency reported.
The evacuation comes as Israeli air strikes hit several areas across the province, including the city and nearby towns.
Israeli forces have continued pushing deeper into southern Lebanon along the border.
The health ministry said five hospitals are now closed, with nine facilities targeted by Israeli strikes so far.
