Iran warns of 'big surprise' for US, Israel

An Iranian security official warned of “a big surprise” for the United States and Israel, saying Tehran is advancing according to its plans and a “specific target bank", Fars news reported. 

“We have a big surprise for America and the regime. It only takes a little time,” the official said.

He also called US targeting claims “laughable,” arguing they reflect the “failure of American military operations,” including the downing of warplanes, and added that Iran has realised “how to wear down the enemy” through asymmetric warfare.

The comments come as rhetoric escalates between Iran and the United States following recent strikes and counterstrikes.
