Iran said Monday that the head of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Intelligence Organization was killed in a US-Israeli attack, Anadolu Agency reports. State broadcaster IRIB, citing an IRGC statement, said Maj. Gen. Seyed Majid Khademi was โ€œmartyredโ€ in the strike. Khademi had been appointed head of the IRGCโ€™s intelligence arm in June 2025 following the killing of his predecessor, Gen. Mohammad Kazemi, in an Israeli strike.
