More than 3,000 Iranians killed during war, medical body says

More than 3,000 people have been killed throughout Iran during the war that began on 28 February, Iran's forensic chief told state media on Thursday.

He also said that 40 percent of the dead needed forensic work to be identified and returned to their families.
