Lebanon seeks ceasefire before talks with Israel: Report

A Lebanese official has told AFP that Lebanon is seeking a ceasefire before beginning peace talks with Israel. 

Earlier today, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said that he has given instructions to begin peace talks with Lebanon that would also include the disarmament of Hezbollah.
