Fire on oil tankers near Iraq extinguished

The Director General of Iraqi Ports told Al Jazeera that the blaze that broke out in oil tankers attacked earlier have been extinguished. 

Two foreign tankers were struck by unidentified attackers late on Wednesday within Iraqi territorial waters, which led to them catching fire.

At least one crew member was reportedly killed in the assault.
