Iran has ‘goodwill but no trust in US’ ahead of ceasefire talks

Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has said that Iran is ready for a ceasefire deal if the United States is looking for a genuine agreement and will grant Iran its rights, Iranian state media reports.

However, although they will come into talks with “goodwill”, they will put “no trust in the US”, after US President Donald Trump threatened to wipe out their “whole civilisation” on Tuesday.
